it been a loooong n tiring week!
1)my leg hurts
2)projects and assignments started
3)for all these 5 weekdays, i haven been reaching home before 7pm
4)miss my beauty sleep
training had started! monday didnt went for training with crosscountry..but instead went to school gym wiv clara n keith. its been a long time since i run on treadmill. hmm..doesnt seems smooth at all.. as usual, limit of treadmill is 20mins. so i ran for 20mins at a speed of 7,then 8, then 9, then 10. gosh, i realise i couldnt catch up the speed so i tune it back to 8! now i seriously regret not training in the holidays..7months of non-training had not only lead to me losing my stamina and edurance,but also my speed! super dissapointed with myself..=(
my cg actualli rmb my bday! ( cg=civics grp,not cellgrp) they gave mi a card wiv messages and a little plush doggy. i felt quite stupid laughing at the card IN THE MRT alone,that was designed by keith wiv a smiley face at the back of the card which states "designed by keith". LAUGHOUTLOUD! joyjoy fall in love at first sight with the black puppy plush toy and begged me to give her. so i gaved her, and im glad i did as she really treasured the plushy by hugging it to slp every nite! and now, her plush puppy family had an additional member!
wednesday went for training at bedok reservoir. it blew my day again T.T
suppose to run 8.2km,n i onli ran 5-6km,and started walking. gosh! i couldnt even catch up with the rest. started walking at a very slow speed.. and the others had to wait for me to walk back to find them. very sad that day..disapointment time and again..
thursday! so excited becus got pe lesson at last period. at least need not sit for tutorial for an hr! before pe period,there is a 1hr break.. decided to train in the gym wiv clara,keith and cass. they r such fun ppl to hang out in gym! hahs..jus played arnd wiv cass with the pulling of weights and stuff. then keith adjusy to 100kg! gosh,i tried to pull the weights down and in the end i am like hanging in the air pulling on to the 100kg weight and it doesnt even move at all. wah,keith can realli pul down the 100kg weights! cass and mi r like trying to pull the weights dwn but to no avail.. ran on the treadmill alittle and then went back for assembly.
assembly was nth much,just a couple of funny teachers speaking about library and stuff..they are quite humourous actually! i did giggled over their funny expressions and mispronouciation of words..i was quite surprised that they could say some jokes actually.
pe time.after assembly went for pe! woah, can u imagine my legs were not fully recovered over ytd run at bedok reservoir,and the earlier "training" at gym before assembly? by the time, my legs were hurting and aching badly..cus i thought pe lesson will be just plain playing and stuff.
in the end, RUNNING AGAIN! intervals this time! its not that i hate intervals, but if i were to run at a given time limit, i will give all out. and yes, i did. ran with the other classes girls and they were quite fit too! chased a few girls and finally found myself leading.. its been a long time i felt the joy of leading..quite glad that at least it cheered me up over ytd incident at bedok reservoir. i felt that my leg were numbed amd wobbly after running. so i told teacher to excuse me from running more. woah, my legs were harden by this time and i felt i couldnt walk. rested for quite some time before i started walking again. then keith told mi that for the first round i was like 50m infront of the rest of the girls leading..no wonder i felt no footsteps behind me.
after pe, rested and chit chatted and then my TIME has come! time for the interview session to get into the pre-university seminar! each school could only chose 20 participants to take part!
out of that 20,only 4 can get to be the presenter. i wanted to be the presenter badly to gain experience to present. not only good portfolio, but most of all, i wanted to try out to present. it turn out 65 ppl from my school went for the interview! i know it requires praying and my potential qualities to be the top 20, and wads more, the 4 presenters. pray to God that He will make a way for me. this year IJC will be hosting the pre-u seminar..my interview went quite smoothly, hopefully can get chosen. if cannot, there wil always be a second try next year. =]
friday! sth unusual happen a few day back, should be on wed. i started chatting with an ex pupil of IJC and i got to know that she holds a prayer grp in IJC. so i told her i was so excited to join them at the fact that i was looking all over for ppl to join me in praying weekly in school. isnt hat coincidental! then i join her on fri n realise keith was oso part of the prayer grp. actualli,its not realli a prayer grp, its like a mini and short cellgrp mtg. aniwae i was glad to join and brought 2 of my frens from IJc whom i ask to join me to form a prayer grp. hmm.then i realise sarah,the one hu invited mi to join their pmtg grp, was from singapore youth sth sth.. spore youth prayer grp of some kinda organisation whereby they go into schs to lead grps to pray. there werre about more than 10 ppl joining to pray. we didnt realli prayed,like i said, it was ilike a mini" cellgroup mtg". actualli i was looking forward of a more praying grp. nevertheless,i still like joining them.
got to know 3 other cityharvest teens there. from yalan and mingjing zone. the rest from some knida other woodland evangelical church and others i forgot the names of their church. glad to know more people there. 3rd week of school and i've got myself a prayer grp and frens to church this week! glad that my frens were open to me sharing the gospel..bringing 2 of my OG frens to church this week. so glad they can come! =]
busi this week..after joing sarah prayer grp,went to hav lunch wiv OG and then vrooom! i was back in my sec sku for alumni mtg. so glad that i cn stil get back to sku to at least help out to plan stuff. rina from ck zone, my church too was there. she was oso an ex pupil of guangyang sec sku. talked to the vp and stuff and we will be mtg again to plan some stuff for the school. rina and mark are good leaders and i wanna be like them! thinking back,when i was a councillor,prefect and sports leader in sku, i dint realli did much..only plan and lead for a few events and stuff..hope i can learn more in alumni mtg!

after alumni mtg wiv VP,rushed home to prepare for cellgrp mtg. house was in a mess so gotta clear for arrival of cg.. =x
wad a fruitful week i had spent! gotta work on my maths le! =]
