HOW LONG HAV I NOT UPDATED MY BLOG! more than 2 wks? veri busi lately.. sku ends so late everyday near evening and after sku sure there's more to go for. cant realli go hm straight after sku.
monday sku ends at 3.40pm (sounds earli rite? there seems to always have some pop up lessons after that)
tuesday sku ends at 5.10pm( bound to hav some mtgs or unfinished hmwk to do after that)
wednesday sku ends at 12.40 or 1.40 ( yeah! but hav cca training dat ends 6pm after that..and biblestudy at riverwalk =])
thurday sku ends at 3.40(hopefulli no staying back in sku..cus hav strikeforce p4 drum training)
friday sku ends at 1.40pm( sure got some kinda lessons to stay back again! lucki no training..when training resume, sku ends at 6pm+...den rush back home to prepare for cellgrp mtg at my hse)
sat morning training course at riverwalk, noon free time hopefulli nth crops up again.. ( it seems dat sat noon always sth crop up!)
sun church service, NXGEN lesson or MTT. (sunday is always packed) by the time rch home wanna eat n slp alrdi, no energy to do hmwk.
when x-country training resume, mon,wed,fri will be jammed pack!
last sat was fun! performed at jurong point park with strikeforce, veri first gig, a great experience. it was veri hot tat day! mom came dwn to support? haha actualli at the same time is to bring my youngest sister joy to hav a go at the egg hunt! there were 1500 eggs on the field waiting for them to pick and hunt to get their prize! by God's grace, joy and gladys each won a $10 world of sports voucher and joy won another extra $10 voucher when she get up on stage to play some game. she realli loves th games and prizes at children church!
gladys so funni..when we were resting and preparing to perform on stage, she ask Boon, the head of STRIKEFORCE to allow her to go for egg hunt! hahas, of course Boon let her go but he did told her that we r rehearsing alrdy.. so funni la! gladys is frm childrencurch and she was suppose to take part in the egg hunt but she was part of strikeforce too so she gotta perform. she was'nt on the stage when we were rehearsing and they ask me to get her back frm egg hunt to rehearse.. so funni, she was like coming back with her eggs lookin disappointed for colecting so few, but
actualli she won the voucher aniway HEHE!

when the little children and their parents came back from the field from egg hunt, we went on stage to perform. great experience of booming on stage. somemore with sisters! hmm although my dad was nt there, but at least our mom and all sisters were there!
my papa went for church men conference nv tell us! should be Dev, our zone supervisor brought him along.. that night after men conference, i was online and suddenly alot of people nudge and commented on my father on stage during men conference. i was like "huh? u sen my dad?" lols..! i dun even knew my dad went! aniwae, he went for a comeptition on stage representing out service 4 in HULKAMANIA. i was told that my dad was the biggest size there so they guess he will win the round by stripping his shirt first! but in the end he didnt hahas! doesnt mean big size will win de hor..pic of my dad.. although its black and white, bt dats jus the effect of the photo! it was taken arnd 2 yrs ago..when he is still in the process of becuming an instructor.
LIKE MI LIKE THAT! doesnt mean my leg long i cn jump far hor.. during sports day long jump, i tallest there but didnt jump furthest there haha! my standing board jump is better than long jump, have not realli practiced for long jump.
had a go at standing board jump again.. still 192! no improvement.. hopefulli i cn touch 200 + during napfa test! i tried wiv my shoes off, i did reached 200, maybe try taking out my shoe can jump further =] i ran for my time trial for 2.4km untold and unprepared..expected my timing to be urgh.. hav cramp that day and endure for the 6 rounds! super pain after running! my friend thought i crying.. actually yea i did, because its that pain! in the end timing was 13min! gosh...T.T gotta run at least 11min+ the next time to rch my target of 10min.
had make up pe last week thurs! just nice ihad pe before my make up pe. its like double training! for my pe, we did 2.4km then straight after my pe was make up pe! did intervals timed and some drills. it sounds EASY right? the teacher told mi i gonna suffer for my make up pe straight after my own pe lessons cus i gotta train wiv the j2 which is extra hard training. so i gotta prove her wrong la for looking down on me hahas! so i pulled through the intervals, wooh, i didnt ate before pe and thank God for giving me strength to run and sprint after every round.. xD
after running, didnt know my leg was in great pain at first untill i started walking back.. lols! cus before that day of pe and make up pe, had sports heats and ran for my events and jumps. didnt stretch and cool down properly so at night got leg cramp! super pain la! i whine when that cramp came and eugenia my sis beside me ask me shut up! hahas! funny leh..cus i whine too loud! oops. so after i had my leg cramp, the next day was that pe and make up pe..didnt hav time to recover somemore running for pe and make up pe.. so after running, my leg almost cramp again.. hav to walk with limping leg..
my limping leg last almost a week! during the egg hunt and strikeforce performance, walked with limping leg too! =/ during p4 training, my sis and qiyin all wore shorts ans skirts so when we hang the drum on us, the drum was like just touching our knee. we were suppose to jump while playing the drum, so we did! guess wad! all hav "ORH CHEI" (BLUE black) on our knees! hahas! funny lah, all orch chei same place, for me i hav 4 orch chei cus two on each knee. 2nd orch chei on each knee is caused by after adjusting of the drum lower.. so another orh chei mark due to jumping with the after-adjusment of the drum lols!!

after the gig at jurong point park, instead of fellowship with the others from strikeforce, went with mommy to eat at new york new york! hahs she treat of course go la..hehe! alot of nice food.. i always missed out the outing that my sis went with mom to snow city,zoo, wild wild wet,science centre and stuff! canot blame me leh.. too many commitments and because of school schedule! my weekend dun even hav time to do hmwk, wads more revision.. and im not veri disciplined too.. i get tired easily when come to homework.. gotta work on that! but i did notes for my geog and econs to revise le! heng ah,, at least i tried attempt and revise some chapters..

NONO NEVER! HAHAS!
usually after MTT on sunday and p4 trainings, my sis and i will go and eat with the rest of the ppl in strikeforce.. and whenever comes to weekday p4 training's dinner, u cn expect my sis gladys to talk alot. wah.. she is even commented as a mobile entertainer! talk alot of rubbish! so far she has found friends like Jia Li, Yong Qiang, Ian and David to entertain her as well! lols.. finally someone hu she can relate too to enjoy her jokes lols!

sports day was this recent wednesday! rushed to p4 training after sports day and got scolded by teacher for leaving earli..but hey! I DID RAN FOR MY 3 EVENTS BEFORE I WENT OFF! so i shouldnt feel guilty hahas.. sports day wa quite fun.. enjoy all the events, best of all, becus of frens, it was more entertaining and fun hahas! lots of fun and laughters.. my classmate keith was appointed to be our house mascot! so CUTE!!! i dun tink i will ever use my spikes again..crosscountry doesnt require spikes as comapred to my track and field days in sec sku.. so i guess this shall be my last time using my spikes in sports day! gd bye spikes.. =(

my mom jus arrive back frm her 2nd honeymoon wiv my dad ytd nite. went to fetch her in my pe attire.. i rush back home jus to get in time to hop on my uncle's car to go to airport tgt lor.. den in the end they drive off later than i thought.. ( i shouldnt hav skipped my lessons if i knew! aniwae the lesson is optional =] ) we welcome them back as if they were stars. we r the only one hu are so exagerating. taking pic of them coming out and shouting "papa mummy!" dey sat for budget airline.. wah realli budget leh.. when they landed ah, their airplane door stuck and hav to wait for engineers to open for them the door of the airplane! lols! it took us some time to wait for them.. lols!
